The Russian Defense Ministry announced the liberation of the town of Mernoye in the Zaporozhye region, the elimination of 895 military personnel, the downing of 23 Vampire missiles and 168 Ukrainian drones on several axes.
The ministry said in a statement that three attacks were repelled on the Kubiansk axis in the Kharkov province of eastern Ukraine, while the Ukrainians lost as a result of their attack 90 military and Western weapons and cannons.
“Russian forces repelled infiltration attempts on the Belgorod axis and in the vicinity of the town of Kozhinka in Belgorod province, and 65 Ukrainian militants were killed, and their weapons were destroyed as a result of the failed infiltration,” she said.
“Russian forces repelled 9 attacks on the Avdiivka axis, as a result of which 380 Ukrainian military personnel fell, while Russian military units strengthened their fortifications on the Donetsk axis, took control of important sites and inflicted 200 military personnel, equipment and military vehicles on the Ukrainians,” she added.
The Russian defense revealed that the Ukrainian losses on the Kherson axis amounted to 40 military, and destroyed warehouses for drones, a German IRIS-T air defense platform in the Odessa province, and a drone assembly site in the vicinity of Priluki in the Chernigyev province.
