The House of Representatives issued a decision amending the General Amnesty Law No. 6 of 2015 to include amnesty for all Libyans who committed crimes during the period before 2011.
The previous law included amnesty for those who committed crimes from February 15, 2011, until the law was promulgated in 2015.
Libya leads the African continent in the Information and Communication Technology Development Index for 2024.
