It was announced in Jordan that the bodies of two young Jordanian men, Enad Hamada Abu Tayeh and Enad Al-Fatna, were found in the remote Al-Jafr desert area in the southern desert, after they disappeared last Thursday after their vehicle broke down.
The two bodies were found in different areas of the desert, indicating that they were trying to search for help after they were stranded.
The media spokesman for the Public Security Directorate, Colonel Amer Sartawi, confirmed that the two bodies had been evacuated to forensic medicine to determine the cause of death and open an investigation into the incident.
One of the residents of the area, Khaled Al-Jazi, stated that Al-Jafr, despite its population density, lacks appropriate coverage of communications networks.
The Al-Jafr and Al-Manawkh regions are located in the southern part of Jordan, and are characterized by their desert character, with sandy and rocky lands, and nomadic Bedouins live in them, who depend for their livelihood on raising livestock such as sheep and camels.
