Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune stressed that the year 2027 will witness an important shift in Algeria’s path due to the completion of digitization processes and the achievement of the desired economic goals.
The Algerian president’s speech came during the inauguration of the scientific and technological center, which was named after the martyr “Abdelhafid Haddadin” in the new city of Sidi Abdellah in Algiers, and the inauguration coincided with the 68th anniversary of the National Student Day.
During his speech, Tebboune explained that the results of economic development in Algeria will appear by 2027, noting that expectations indicate that Algeria’s total output will exceed $ 400 billion by 2026.
President Tebboune touched on the Palestinian cause, stressing Algeria’s unwavering support for Palestine and his commitment to providing support to Palestinian students residing in Algeria, noting that the Palestinian cause represents the cause of all Algerians.
Located on an area of 87 hectares, the Scientific and Technological Center includes 5 higher schools covering fields such as science, technology, artificial intelligence, mathematics and scientific training, and is considered a place for innovation and scientific research in Algiers.
Algeria calls for reform of the African Union’s mechanisms to ensure respect for sovereignty
