The Russian ambassador to the Central African Republic, Alexander Bikantov, announced on Tuesday that his country is discussing with the African country the site of establishing a Russian military base there.
Bekantov said, according to the agency “TASS”, that “talks are currently underway between the defense ministries of the two countries. As far as we know, the location of the base is being chosen.”
