The Libyan-Russian Communication Committee of the State Council held its first meeting under the chairmanship of First Vice President Massoud Obaid at the Council’s headquarters in Tripoli.
Within the framework of the meeting, a comprehensive briefing was given on the visit of the State Council delegation to the Russian Federation, where the results and developments made during this visit were discussed.
During the meeting, the terms of the internal work system of the committee were developed, in addition to determining the mechanisms of communication with the competent authorities, in accordance with the tasks entrusted to the committee, with the aim of enhancing understanding and cooperation between Libyan and Russian bilateral relations.
These efforts come within the framework of bilateral cooperation between the two countries and the promotion of constructive dialogue to achieve common interests.
