The Libyan Waha Oil Company expects its production to reach 420,000 barrels per day by the end of this year 2024.
This expectation came during a technical meeting held between the technical and financial departments of the National Oil Corporation and the Waha Oil Company on Sunday and Monday.
The National Oil Corporation explained via its “Facebook” page that during the meeting it reviewed its activity for the year 2024 and its targets and programs for the year 2025.
The attendees discussed the company’s plans to develop existing fields and future projects to increase production, which the company expects to reach 420,000 barrels per day by the end of this year, according to the statement.
The meeting was attended by directors of technical departments and technical and financial specialists in the corporation and the company, in addition to representatives of foreign partners.
