Representatives of Tunisian associations and civil society figures announced the filing of a judicial complaint with Tunisian courts against the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim Ahmed Khan.

Representatives of the associations say the complaint was filed because of Khan’s failure to open an investigation into the genocide committed by Israeli forces in the Gaza Strip.

During a press conference in the capital, Tunisian national figures denounced the refusal of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to address the powers he possesses for the crime of genocide taking place before his eyes against the Palestinian people, which was documented by organizations, coordination and countries in files presented to him.
