Ahmed Nashad, the lawyer of the director of military intelligence in the former Libyan regime, Major General Abdullah Al-Senussi, confirmed that the Tripoli Court of Appeal postponed his client’s trial session to January 29th.

Nashad said the hearing was postponed because his client was not brought from prison for the twelfth time in a row, while a session on Monday (January 22nd) saw Kadhafi regime leader Mansour Daou appear via closed circuit.

He explained that Senussi’s hearing will be next Monday via closed circuit, to hear the accusation and plead his defense in Case No. (630).
