The Speaker of the Libyan House of Representatives, Counselor Aguila Saleh, held a meeting today, Thursday, in his office in the city of Qubba, where he met with the French Ambassador to Libya, Mustafa Maharaj, and his accompanying delegation.
The meeting focused on discussing a number of important files, starting with the political process in Libya and its developments at all levels.
The French ambassador extended an official invitation to Saleh to visit Paris, with the aim of discussing ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries and discussing the latest developments in the political situation in Libya.
It is expected that this visit will contribute to strengthening cooperation between Libya and France, and open new horizons for achieving stability in the country and resolving the Libyan crisis that it has been suffering from for years.
