The Russian company “Red Line” revealed a new military drone designed to combat enemy drones.
The new drone, named “Vogan-9SP,” was announced by an expert in the company to the Russian TASS agency.
The expert explained that the new aircraft is capable of flying at speeds of up to 200 kilometers per hour, has the ability to be controlled remotely via a small ground station, and direct toward targets using an advanced laser system.
The “Vogan-9SP” aircraft is distinguished by the fact that it is launched from a tubular platform at an angle of 45 degrees, and heads towards the target with great effectiveness, as it is directed at the last moments to advance towards the target to destroy enemy drones with extreme effectiveness.
According to available information, the “Vogan-9SP” aircraft is currently undergoing testing, and versions of it are being developed capable of flying at speeds of up to 250 kilometers per hour.
