“Rostec” announced the delivery of the first batch of “Su-34” bombers for 2024 to the Russian Armed Forces.

The aircraft were produced at United Aircraft’s Shkalov Novosibirsk Aviation Plant, following the completion of a series of comprehensive tests at the plant.

Yuri Slyusar, general manager of United Aircraft Company, confirmed that production rates at all the company’s factories involved in the implementation of national defense orders are proceeding at a steady pace.

Slyusar added that the delivery of the first batch of “Su-34” bombers is part of this year’s production plan and explained that the Novosibirsk plant is seriously carrying out its tasks to complete the entire deal.

“Su-34” bombers are a key component of the Russian Air Force’s front-line arsenal.

The aircraft has advanced capabilities to deal with the latest air defense systems, has a wide range of destruction of land and sea targets and accuracy in air strikes.
