The Libyan Football Association confirmed the continued implementation of the laws regarding the registration and participation of players from North African countries and Palestine in the Premier League.
These regulations include in their article the inclusion of only three players of the mentioned nationalities in the squad of each team, in addition to three foreign players, in accordance with the regulations on the status of players and their transfers.
The second article in the decision talks about international participation, as the previous restrictions do not apply to Libyan teams when participating in foreign competitions.
Article Three obligates clubs to follow the procedures stipulated in the transfer regulations to register the aforementioned players.
Article Four specifies restrictions on the participation of these players in the goalkeeper position during official matches, prohibiting their participation in this position throughout the duration of the match.
Article Five stipulates that this decision shall be implemented as of the date of its issuance, repealing any provisions to the contrary.
