The President of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, arrived on Friday in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, to participate in the work of the 37th ordinary session of the African Union Summit.
A large number of African presidents, leaders and heads of government will participate to discuss strengthening joint continental efforts, ways to promote the African Union, and work to develop relations between the countries of the continent, in addition to many current issues of interest to the countries of the continent.
