In the coming days, the General Command of the Libyan Arab Armed Forces will announce new reconstruction projects in several regions of the country.

The projects include Benghazi, Ajdabiya, Derna, Tobruk, Kufra and other areas.

This announcement comes within the framework of comprehensive efforts to promote sustainable development in Libya and enhance opportunities for stability and prosperity, and these mega projects are expected to be a positive turning point in the path of rebuilding cities and enhancing the daily lives of citizens.

Earlier this month, the commander-in-chief of the Libyan Armed Forces, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, inaugurated five new newly constructed bridges in the city of Benghazi.

The Reconstruction and Stability Committee confirmed that these openings come within the package of reconstruction, building and construction projects, implemented by the Reconstruction and Stability Committee in cooperation with the Libyan government, under the supervision of the General Command, after diligent and continuous work in order to provide the best services to the citizen, and develop infrastructure with full commitment to the accuracy of work and speed of delivery.
