The results of a survey conducted by the WeCheck website revealed a 50% increase in the number of apartments available for rent in Israel, while rents have decreased by 1.5%, after Operation “Al-Aqsa Flood” and the war in Gaza.

The survey shows that these numbers are very high and unusual for the month of November, which witnesses a decline in the number of apartments offered for rent, due to the start of the school year and the peak market period that ends before the holidays.

The Israeli economic newspaper “Globes” added that the owners of apartments were forced to reduce rents with the decline in demand for them.

WeCheck CEO Rami Ronen stated that this does not mean that all the problems of the rental market have been solved.
Suddenly a new offer appeared, expecting the situation to reverse within 6 months, as Israel did not find a systematic solution to secure the housing market, whether for purchase or rent.

In Netanya, which is not subjected to missile attacks, the number of apartments offered for rent doubled compared to last year, reaching 1,300 apartments, 25% of which are 3- and 4-bedroom apartments.
