The Caucasus Investment Forum concluded its activities in Grozny, the capital of Chechnya, with the signing of 100 investment agreements worth 106 billion rubles (about 1.20 billion dollars).

The forum lasted three days and witnessed the participation of 4,000 attendees from 33 countries and reflected the growing international interest in investment opportunities in the region.

The Governor of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, confirmed that the forum was held at the highest level, and its activities included more than 60 different activities, and the economic and trade potential of the region was discussed under the slogan “The Greater Caucasus – from sea to sea.”

The Caucasus Investment Forum was held for the first time in May 2023 in the city of Mineralnye Vody, bringing together more than 3,000 participants from 15 countries, and witnessed the signing of more than 50 agreements worth more than 150 billion rubles. The forum aims to develop the economic potential of the North Caucasus region, focusing on areas such as infrastructure, agriculture, tourism, and logistics.
