This development comes after news that Saif al-Islam Gaddafi refused to participate in the Libyan National Reconciliation Conference, because he refused to sit with the audience due to the presence of the Grand Mufti of Libya, Sadiq al-Ghariani, and his participation in the event.
The Social Council of the Qadhadhfa tribe announced its support for the decision of presidential candidate Saif al-Islam Kadhafi’s team to withdraw from the reconciliation meetings.
