Official authorities in Egypt revealed the details of the death of four major Egyptian film producers on the Dabaa axis road, while they were heading to spend their summer vacation.
The details showed that the victims, Hossam Shawky, Mahmoud Kamal and Fathy Ismail, died immediately as a result of the car overturning and catching fire, while the fourth producer, Tamer Fathy, died of his injuries after being transferred to the hospital.
According to reports, the accident occurred while the four producers were heading to the North Coast to relax after a hard week of work.
The accident occurred at kilometer 189 of the road, where the steering wheel malfunctioned, causing the car to overturn several times and catch fire.
Local authorities and ambulance teams rushed to the scene of the accident, where the bodies and the injured were transferred to Dabaa Hospital, and investigations are now underway to find out more details about the causes of the accident.
