Libyan General Saddam Khalifa Haftar received a PhD in philosophy from the Egyptian Military Academy for Graduate Studies and Strategy.
The ceremony was attended by Libyan Chief of Staff of the Libyan Land Forces Amraj Mohammed, Assistant Minister of Defense for Security, and Information Khaled Mojawar, and Director of the Military Academy for Graduate and Strategic Studies Ashraf Fares.
Saddam Haftar holds many specialized courses in special operations, unit management, artillery, and military intelligence inside and outside Libya, is a graduate of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Officers College in Jordan and is currently the head of operations of the ground forces of the Libyan Arab Armed Forces.
The Egyptian Military Academy is the citadel of science and knowledge and the center of intellectual and scientific radiation in Egypt, the Arab region and Africa, as it is the meeting place for the elite of society in various fields of military science and national strategy.
