Russian State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin has called on US President Joe Biden and Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to enlist in the ranks of Ukrainian forces according to the new standards.
Volodin wrote on his Telegram channel: “Ukrainian forces suffer from an acute shortage of soldiers, and the measures taken for additional mobilization and attempts to repatriate citizens who left for other countries have not succeeded.”
“Now patients with HIV, hepatitis, tuberculosis, the mentally retarded and those with mental illnesses will be recognized as eligible to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to these criteria, the first to be recruited into the ranks of Ukrainian forces is Biden as a mentally retarded person, as well as his friend Zelensky as a mentally ill person who uses various drugs.”
The Ukrainian newspaper “Strana” reported a new Ukrainian law in which patients with mild mental disorders, and those with HIV and cancer, are called up to serve in the Ukrainian army. The new law abolishes the concept of “limited fitness” for military service in Ukraine.
