The Russian Investigative Committee has revealed new evidence confirming the involvement of Ukrainian authorities in carrying out terrorist attacks inside Russia, identifying an alleged funding channel linked to Ukraine.

In a statement on Telegram on Tuesday, the Russian committee stated that funds transferred through the Ukrainian oil and gas company “Burisma Group” were used to finance terrorist attacks against Russia.

In light of this, the Russian Investigative Committee has initiated a criminal case against officials from the United States and NATO countries for financing terrorist operations against Russia, specifically regarding the bloody “Krokos” attack that claimed the lives of dozens of Russian citizens.

The investigations have indicated that the funds used to finance terrorist attacks against Russia were transferred through commercial companies, including the Ukrainian energy company “Burisma Group”, with the aim of neutralizing prominent political and public figures and causing economic damage.

The committee further stated that Russian authorities are currently studying the sources and movement of millions of dollars used in terrorist activities, implicating government officials and public and commercial organizations from Western countries in these activities.
