Mikhail Bogdanov, Special Representative of the Russian President for the Middle East and African States received Nazih Nagari, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Moscow.
According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, Bogdanov discussed with Najari during the meeting, the situation in the Red Sea region, as well as the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
A number of current issues related to strengthening traditional Russian-Egyptian friendly relations were reviewed, including the schedule of upcoming bilateral events, the ministry said.
The Russian Foreign Ministry added that Ambassador Najari was received at his own request.
