Nigeria qualified for the quarter-finals of the African Cup of Nations hosted by Ivory Coast until February 11, after achieving a deserved victory over Cameroon with two clean goals, becoming the second team to reach the quarter-finals of the continental tournament after Angola.
The final price summit between Nigeria and Cameroon was held on Saturday, at the Felix Ophiot Boigny stadium in front of 22,000 spectators in Abidjan, and Atalanta winger Ademola Lukman scored Nigeria’s goals in the 36th and 90th minutes.
