Ahmad 
British company (Energean PLC) announced that it has signed an agreement with (Chariot Ltd) to develop two gas fields in Morocco in the regions of Lixos and Raysana.
The project will be financed and operated by Energien, with the British company retaining a 45% stake in the Lixos project and 37.5% in the Raysana project.
The Moroccan National Agency for the Manufacture of Hydrocarbons and Minerals is participating in both projects with a 25% stake.
