The Croatian Football Federation has confirmed the participation of its entire national team in the friendly tournament to be held in Cairo in March, in which Tunisia, Egypt and New Zealand will participate.
Among the stars confirmed to participate in the tournament are Real Madrid star Luka Modric and Manchester City’s English duo of Jevardiol and Kovac.
According to the announcement issued by the media center of the Egyptian Football Association, the Croatian national team squad will also include other stars such as Pashalic from Atalanta and Peršić, a Croatian Hajduk player.
The Croatian national team is scheduled to face Tunisia in the semi-final match, and then the winner of this confrontation will meet the winner of Egypt’s match against New Zealand, with the final match to be held on the 26th of this month.
The Egyptian Federation had previously announced that the friendly tournament would be held in Cairo instead of the UAE, from 18 to 26 March.
