Libyan researcher Sanad Mubarak Al-Drissi won the golden researcher’s shield and ranked first in the Arab world in the “Science Ambassadors Forum” competition, which was held in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.

The competition was sponsored by the Arab International Academy for Development and Scientific Research in cooperation with the Arab Institute for Studies, the Arab Union for Solidarity, the International Council for Training and Education and the National Academy for Studies.

The Libyan researcher won after presenting a unique scientific research in the field of therapeutic nutrition and was awarded and honored with the golden shield for his distinguished research.

A large number of researchers from Arab countries, including Egypt, Jordan, Sudan, Tunisia, and Syria, participated in the competition.

It is noteworthy that Drissi is the only representative of the State of Libya in the competition and is the youngest Libyan researcher to obtain several scientific degrees from centers specialized in therapeutic nutrition.
