The combined production rates of crude oil, condensates and natural gas reached more than 1.508 million barrels of equivalent during the past 24 hours, according to what was announced by the National Oil Corporation.

The National Oil Corporation stated that the oil production rate recorded 1,254 million barrels per day, while the condensate production rate recorded 54,141 barrels per day, while gas production achieved an increase of 200,483 barrels equivalent. These rates remain lower than the last rates published by the Corporation, which amounted to 1,532 million barrels. Daily, according to what was published by the National Oil Corporation.

The Corporation seeks to reach oil production rates to two million barrels per day, and to achieve this goal it announced its plan to drill 121 new wells to explore and exploit natural resources of oil and gas, in addition to performing maintenance on about 1,335 other wells to ensure the sustainability of oil production, according to the Corporation.
