The Union of Russian Grain Exporters announced that Russian grain exports from July 2023 to the end of January 2024 amounted to about 38.5 million tons, an increase of 23%.

A publication by the Russian embassy in Libya on the application “Telegram” showed that Libya came among the top five importers of barley from Russia, occupying second place in quantities of up to 733 thousand tons, an increase of 136%.

Here are the top five importers of Russian barley from the beginning of July 2023 to the end of January 2024:

1- Saudi Arabia 1.272 million tons.

2- Libya 733 thousand tons.

3- Iran 654 thousand tons.

4- China 557 thousand tons.

5- Tunisia 317 thousand tons.

Libya ranked fourth in the list of countries importing Russian corn in quantities of up to 142,000 tons, an increase of 103%.

Here are the top five importers of Russian corn from the beginning of July 2023 until the end of January 2024:

  • Iran 2.309 million tons

2- Turkey 430 thousand tons.

3- Israel 203 thousand tons.

4- Libya 142 thousand tons.

5- Vietnam 127 thousand tons.

Here are the top five importers of Russian grain from the beginning of July 2023 to the end of January 2024:

1- Turkey 4.984 million tons.

2- Iran 4.124 million tons.

3- Egypt 3.581 million tons.

4-Bangladesh 2.410 million tons.

5- Saudi Arabia 2.209 million tons.
