The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs in the Libyan Government of National Unity, Mohamed Issa, held talks to increase the duration of the visa for Libyans entering Malaysia.
These talks came on the occasion of the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of diplomatic relations between Libya and Malaysia, in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur, in the presence of the Malaysian Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs for Bilateral Affairs, Dato’ Ahmed Rosian, the Undersecretary for African Affairs, Ahmed Arham, and the Ambassador of Libya to Malaysia, Mohammed Attia.
According to the media office of the Libyan Foreign Ministry, it was agreed during the meeting to take the necessary measures to increase the duration of the entry visa of Libyan citizens into Malaysian territory, with the aim of facilitating the completion of their studies in Malaysian universities and facilitating the movement of trade between the two countries.
During these talks, they discussed ways to strengthen relations between the two countries and open new horizons for cooperation in various fields, with the aim of enhancing common benefits, and regional and international issues of common interest, including support for the Palestinian cause in regional and international forums.
