The Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan Armed Forces, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, accompanied by Prime Minister Osama Hammad, conducted an inspection tour in the city of Derna.
During the visit, Haftar inspected the city’s reconstruction projects implemented by the Derna City Reconstruction Fund and the affected areas.
The tour included passing through the roads and streets of the city, in addition to visiting the work sites inside Al-Fatayeh University, Chinese buildings, and the construction site of new residential buildings.
Haftar stressed the need to solve the problems of university students and restore the educational process to normal.
He stressed the need to work to raise the pace of completion in construction, maintenance and reconstruction operations to complete them on time according to modern specifications so that life returns to Derna and its people enjoy stability.
