Five Egyptian players have qualified for the quarterfinals of the Squash on Fire tournament hosted by Washington from February 14 to 18.
The Egyptian players qualified for the Golden Square are : Amina Orfi, Mina Walid, Hana Moataz, Youssef Ibrahim, and Youssef Suleiman.
In the round of 16, the results of the Egyptian women were as follows: Walid beat Lucy Tourmel 3-2, and Hana Moataz beat Malak Khafagy 3-0.
The men’s results in the round of 16 were as follows: Youssef Suleiman beat Vilvan 3-0, and Youssef Ibrahim beat Lucas Serem 3-0.
