The coach of the Egyptian national football team, Hossam Hassan, announced a list of 25 players in preparation for a friendly tournament in the UAE.
And came out star Liverpool English club, Mohamed Salah from the list, at the request of the management of his club, where he sent the “Reds” at the end of last month an official letter to the Egyptian Football Association requesting the exemption of Salah from joining the camp “Pharaohs” this month, to complete his rehabilitation program after suffering an injury in the back muscle, during the last African Cup of Nations, which was responded to.
The list of the Egyptian national team was as follows:
- Goalkeepers: Mohamed Awad – Mohammed Abu Jabal – Mahdi Suleiman – Mustafa Shobert.
- Defenders: Mohamed Hani – Akram Tawfik – Mohamed Hamdi – Mohamed Shukri – Ahmed Hegazy – Mohamed Abdel Moneim – Rami Rabia – Ahmed Ramadan.
- Midfielders: Hamdi Fathy – Marwan Attia – Imam Ashour – Mohamed Magdy Afsha – Ahmed Nabil Koka.
- Forwards: Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet – Mustafa Fathi – Hussein Shahat – Omar Marmoush – Mustafa Mohamed – Ahmed Atef – Mohamed Sherif – Mohamed Al-Shami.
