The head of the Egyptian Workers’ Federation, Engineer Haitham Hussein, explained that the federation is offering its training and industrial expertise to support the youth and government in Libya.

During his speech at the International Conference on Small and Medium Enterprises held in Benghazi, he pointed out that the complex has a comprehensive economic system covering education, training, industry and services, with a focus on qualifying and employing youth in industrial sectors.

Hussein also called for enhancing cooperation between the Libyan Ministry of Labor and Rehabilitation and the Egyptian Workers Complex to improve capabilities in the fields of training and developing industrial and productive projects.

Hussein added that there are ongoing efforts to operate the stopped factories in Libya and create job opportunities for youth in both countries, stressing the importance of transferring the complex’s experience to Libya to support stability and growth efforts.

It is worth noting that the Egyptian Workers Complex is a project that aims to provide diverse job opportunities and support the Egyptian economy by providing a suitable environment for diverse workers. The complex includes several integrated industrial zones and provides an advanced infrastructure for companies and factories.

The basic idea behind this project is to gather workers and industries in one integrated location, which facilitates the production process and saves time and effort for companies. The complex also contributes to providing integrated services for workers and companies, such as housing, logistics services, and vocational training.
