Egyptian blogger Hadeer Abdel Razeq appeared in a new video on social media, after her recent crisis related to a pornographic video and criticism and accusations from the public of spreading immorality.
In the video, Hadeer expressed her dissatisfaction with the audience’s negative comments and said: “No one tells me that your cover balance is finished. Who are you to say that? I fear God and no one knows what is between me and God. I was not like that. My ex-husband, with whom I had problems, used to perform magic and do things. I am sure that God will honor me, God willing, and this is good for me. I have never harmed anyone, and he has never done anything wrong. Something is forbidden, I have not violated God’s law, and I am not weak to walk in the street wearing a niqab.”
Hadeer offered advice to her followers: “A video that will earn you a penny is forbidden, God does not leave it alone and find a way to earn money, and if Georgina did not, you would not deal with me like this, and I am not the center of the universe, so look for someone else’s needs.”
Hadeer pointed out the great support she received from her family, thanking her mother, who sent her a post from a respected journalist who helped her overcome the crisis.
Despite her appearance to try to justify her position, the public attacked her harshly, as many advised her to stay away from appearing on social networking sites, and one of the pioneers of social networking sites expressed his dissatisfaction, saying: “You still have the eye to speak, you should be silent, what a shamelessness!”
