Algeria coach Vladimir Petkovic has revealed the names selected to participate in the March training camp.
The list witnessed the absence of Riyad Mahrez, player of Al-Ahli of Saudi Arabia, at his request, and Sofiane Fijoli, Islam Soleimani, and Rais Wahab Mbolhi were excluded for technical reasons.
The list included for the first time Rafik Ghitan of the Portuguese club Estorial Praia, Anis Haj Moussa, winger of the Dutch club Vitesse Arnhem, Monsef Qarr striker of the American club New York City, Ahmed Kondousi of the Egyptian club Ceramica Cleopatra, and Mohamed Madani, defender of the Constantine Youth Club.
The coach also chose to bring Yassine Brahimi, Amine Jouiri, Said Benrahma, Hemad Abdali, Bachir Belloumi, Yassine Benzia and Badreddine Bouanani back to the Algerian national team.
