The Benghazi Court of Appeals has ruled on the decision by Libya’s Government of National Unity to reconstitute the board of directors of the Libya Fund for Aid and Development.

In its urgent part, the court ruled to suspend the implementation of the impugned decision of the government of Abdul Hamid Dabaiba until the matter was decided.

This came after the head of the Libyan government mandated by the House of Representatives, Osama Hammad, filed an appeal against the decision to reconstitute the Fund’s board.
