Pictures of banners circulating on the streets of the Libyan city of Zintan calling for the overthrow of Libya’s national unity government have circulated on social media.
The banners featured pictures of Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Hamid al-Dabaiba, his relative Ali al-Dabaiba and his son Ibrahim Ali al-Dabaiba.
The banners bear the name of the “Zintan revolutionaries”, who described the Dbeibeh government as “the government of employment and normalization” and bear the slogans “We will not be silent about fighting corruption and corrupters, we will not retreat until the family government falls.”
