The Armed Forces at the Military Engineers Institute Saturday organized a joint training with the British side in the field of dealing with improvised explosive devices.
The move comes within the framework of keenness of the General Command of the Armed Forces to elevate the level of training and exchange expertise with brotherly and friendly countries.
The course included the military engineers elements training who carry out search and inspection tasks about improvised explosive devices through theoretical and practical lectures of the latest methods of dealing with explosive devices, and training on how to detect them using the latest devices and methods of search and inspection.
The course was concluded with a demonstration of activities that had been carried out during the training period.
This reflected the high level of the participating miltiary engineers in the training, enabling them to carry out all the tasks that are given to them efficiently and competently.
This comes within the framework of strengthening military cooperation relations between the Egyptian and British Armed Forces in many military fields.
