Benghazi’s nights shone yesterday, Monday, with the tunes and rhythms of its summer festival, as the rap concert that was held attracted attention with the participation of the most prominent stars of this art from all over the Arab world.
DJ Sufyan opened the concert in the circular theater in the Suleiman Al-Darrat Complex, and the artists’ performances continued, receiving remarkable interaction from the young audience.
The festival witnessed a distinguished performance by the Libyan rapper “Al-Jundi”, who was accompanied by “Manjah” in one of the shows, before he returned to steal the spotlight alone with a song that won the admiration of the listeners who exceeded three thousand young men and women.
The audience also warmly welcomed the Tunisian rapper “Kazi”, who participated for the first time in the festival, where he praised the enthusiasm and interaction of the Libyan audience. After that, the famous rapper “Stormy” gave a half-hour show.
The evening was concluded by the Egyptian artist Marwan Moussa, who paid tribute to the great artist Hamid Al Shaeri, amidst the audience’s welcome of his famous songs such as “World Champion” and “End of the World”, as well as the duet “I am a young man, young man”.
The song “Brazilian and Asmar” had a special impact, as he performed it with “Afroto” and “Stormy”, who added an interactive and attractive character to the concert.
