The Arab Rugby Federation announced the participation of eight teams in the Arab Women’s Rugby Sevens Championship to be hosted in the Saudi capital Riyadh on February 16 and 17.
Eight Arab federations confirmed the participation of their teams in the tournament: Libya, Tunisia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, Syria and Jordan, in addition to the host country Saudi Arabia.
Tunisian women won the last edition of the tournament, which was held in the United Arab Emirates in Al Ain last year.
