The Russian newspaper “Pravda” published a report in which it talked about the factors that prompted Russian President Vladimir Putin to cancel his visit to Ankara, including Turkey’s withdrawal from the list of Russia’s allies in circumventing US sanctions, and its doubling of military assistance to Ukraine.
Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said this week that the two leaders had agreed on the agenda, which will include the gas hub, the war in Ukraine and grain exports across the Black Sea.

Among the differences between Moscow and Ankara, according to the newspaper, the Turkish company Baykar has begun building a plant to produce Bayraktar drones in Ukraine.
