The Russian newspaper “Pravda” published a report in which it talked about the factors that prompted Russian President Vladimir Putin to cancel his visit to Ankara, including Turkey’s withdrawal from the list of Russia’s allies in circumventing US sanctions, and its doubling of military assistance to Ukraine.
