Alaa Mubarak, son of the late Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, criticized Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly’s remarks about the reason for the creation of new cities in the country.

Mubarak’s responses came via the “X” platform, where he wrote in his post: “Your Excellency the Prime Minister, you mean that all those who preceded you who accepted us 30 or 40 years ago, as you kindly planned, are right, and you are the one who plans right! That’s talk.”

It is worth noting that Prime Minister Madbouly had stated during the ceremony of handing over administrative towers in the New Administrative Capital that “if those who preceded us 30 or 40 years ago had planned correctly, the generations from which we stayed would have found at least safe and planned places to live,” pointing out that the mega housing projects contributed to reducing the severity of the housing crisis in Egypt.
