The President of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mohamed Menfi, arrived in the capital, N’Djamena, on Wednesday, where he was received at Hassan Jamous International Airport by the President of the Republic of Chad, Mohamed Idriss Deby.

At the beginning of the meeting, according to the Council’s Media Office, the exiled President congratulated President Dubai on his victory in the presidential elections that took place in Chad at the beginning of this month, stressing the depth of the relationship between the two brotherly African countries.

President Deby praised the exiled president’s visit to Chad to offer congratulations on the success of the presidential elections, expressing the depth of the historical relationship between the two countries, and wishing him success in bringing the state of Libya to a stage of stability through free and transparent elections in which all Libyans participate, stressing the continuation of consultation between them in all regional and international forums. .

In a related context, Al-Manfi received a written message from the President of the Republic of Djibouti, Ismail Omar Guelleh.

According to the media office of the President of the Council, the special envoy, the Minister of Youth and Culture of the Republic of Djibouti, “Hibou Momen Assoua,” delivered the message to Al-Manfi.
