Tunisia suffered a shock 1-0 defeat to Namibia at the Amadou John Coulibaly Stadium on Tuesday in the first round of the Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.

Tunisia ranks 28th in the FIFA ranking and is the third team in the African continent rankings.
With this victory, Namibia climbed to second place in the Group E table on goal difference behind leaders Mali, who beat South Africa (fourth place) by two clean goals, while Tunisia remained without points in third place in the group.
