The Assistant Commander in Chief of the Sudanese Army, Yasser Al Atta, called on the UAE ambassador to leave Sudan, denouncing his presence in the country so far.
Al Atta announced that the Sudanese Sovereign Council directed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to file complaints against countries that it considered a crime against the Sudanese nation.
The UAE government is seeking to seize agricultural land, mineral resources and the country’s ports, al-Atta said, adding that Mohammed bin Zayed bought the RSF to implement his agenda.
The developments come days after Atta attacked the President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, accusing him of igniting war in the country.
In previous statements, Al-Atta condemned the UAE’s intervention in the Sudanese war, accusing it of supporting the forces led by the former deputy head of the Sovereignty Council, Mohamed Hamdan Daglo (Hemedti), with weapons through African airports.
