Political researcher Mahmoud Ismail confirmed in press statements that there is a great possibility of renewed military conflict in Libya, given the current tense data.

Ismail pointed out that the country could witness a new round of war if oil revenues decline, and the main political and military parties are affected by this situation.

Ismail explained in his analysis of the current situation that the conflict in Libya is not only political, but extends to the financial and economic aspects, where the worsening economic conditions and the imaginary increase in salaries show the escalation of pressure on the Libyan people, noting that this situation may lead to the explosion of the current situation.

The political researcher hinted that the differences between the parties take on a political nature, but at the same time reflect a deep conflict in the financial and economic field.

Ismail concluded his remarks by stressing that the international community appoints governments that are unable to put the country on the path of elections, and the Libyan citizen suffers from a loss of confidence in the existing institutions, with the deterioration of basic services and the absence of any prospect for the development of various regions, especially in the south, which is witnessing escalating tension and popular protests.
