The United Arab Emirates announced that President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Tuesday received a written message from Salva Kiir Mayardit, President of the Republic of South Sudan, regarding the strengthening of bilateral relations between the two countries.
According to an Emirati statement, the diplomatic adviser to the UAE president, Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, received the letter during a meeting with Benjamin Paul Mille, the special envoy of the president of the Republic of South Sudan.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed aspects of bilateral relations and ways to develop and upgrade them at all levels.
