U.S. Embassy Chargé d’Affaires in Libya Jeremy Brent met with a number of young Libyans preparing to travel to the United States to participate in the World Robotics Championship.
In a post on the X platform, Brent expressed his happiness to meet this group of students, belonging to the Libyan National Robotics Team, who will participate in the World Championship with the support of the Libyan Academy of Communications and Informatics.
“We support them, and I am sure that these talented young Libyans will play an important role in building Libya’s future,” Brent said.
“We are proud to partner in promoting STEM education with young people in Libya and around the world,” Brent added.
