Libya is witnessing a new heat wave, with temperatures gradually rising in most regions of the country, exceeding 40 degrees Celsius in the southern regions.
The National Center of Meteorology expects maximum temperatures to be recorded between 30 and 35 degrees Celsius in coastal areas, and between 37 and 41 degrees Celsius in the central and southern regions.
The easterly winds are active over some areas of the northwest, raising dust and dust, with clouds increasing from time to time over areas of the southwest. These clouds may be interspersed with thundershowers over Ghat and its adjoining areas.

The sky in northeastern Libya will remain clear until some clouds appear, and the winds will be moderate northerly to northeasterly. Maximum temperatures range between 30 and 35 degrees Celsius in most areas.
The sky in the southeast remains clear to few clouds, and the southeasterly winds are light to moderate, with maximum temperatures ranging between 37 and 41 degrees Celsius.
